Woot!Īffinity Plus has exceeded my every expectation in regards to prompt, professional and most importantly Passionate Customer Care that even banking out abroad, I can download their app, and have a secure line to have a 1 on 1 video call with a Teller. Ultimately I found Affinity Plus in Mankato Minnesota in their University location and they took care of everything flawlessly, funnily enough that was in 2013 and they haven’t had a slip up in any financial or customer need I’ve had since then. My previous local bank from my home town was outdated and undergoing an acquisition from a corporation getting my assets moved with me and as worrisome as I was young a moving away from home for the first time. I transferred to Affinity Plus while moving across the country far from home and was not sure what I was going to expect when it came to finances or banking that distance from home.
